+ -1 moreCalled because their website was not allowing me to book one time only. Spoke to the owner and set an appointment for service the following day. No call no show. Called multiple times and finally got ahold of the owner. He apologized and said that he would have someone out the following day, Saturday, or Monday. He said that he would let me know when. No one showed up on Saturday, so I called on Monday to confirm. After multiple attempts to reach him again, I finally spoke to the owner and he said that he had them coming out that day at 1pm. Once again, no call, no show. They didn't answer the phone after that. I sent a message expressing my dissatisfaction and told them NOT to charge my credit card, and that I do NOT want their services since they are unreliable. Never heard from them again, AND they charged my credit card even though they never did the work.

Description of Work: I contacted them for housecleaning. They said they would come out on Thursday. I called to see where they were. She called me back to say they couldn't make it. She said she would call back to reschedule and never did. I called her 3 times yesterday evening and she never returned my calls.
