Visited the showroom and met with staff. Found a couple floor options we really wanted and scheduled to have them come out to take measurements. They never showed up for the appointment and we didnt even get a single phone call before or after. We then called to find out what happened and nobody could give us a reason. We then scheduled a SECOND appointment figuring it was an honest mistake. They did the EXACT same thing (nobody came, nobody called). If they can't even show up to take measurements, god knows how terrible they will be come installation time.

Installation was outstanding! Three professionals who knew what they were doing. They moved furniture, etc., and completed installation in one day. Great job! Because our floor was installed over existing tile, they installed preprimed quarter round to our existing base boards. I had to caulk and paint the base boards to achieve the look we desired, but it was was well worth my additional labor. We are very very pleased with the entire job and would use and recommend Lumber Liquidators to everyone

The salesmen there were very helpful in advising us what product would fit our needs best, and there were NO high-pressure sales methods at all. They were terrific in helping choose the wood (even advising us to wait a little longer to be sure of exactly what we wanted when they could see my frustration over so many choices -- "This is an expensive investment," the salesman said, "so be sure what you want before you buy. You don't want to regret it every time you look at it later." HOWEVER. The entire time we were choosing our product, we were told, "don't buy size X, because you won't be able to find a nail gun to install it." So we didn't buy size X, we bought size Y, and were told over and over, "no problem, you can rent a nail gun easily at any hardware store to install it." Except after buying the flooring, we spent several exasperating days of calling EVERY hardware store/chain in the entire state of FL, and discovered that there was only ONE correctly sized nail gun for rent, 120 miles away. We called Lumber Liquidators for help, and they said, "Oh, really? Nobody has a nail gun that size? Huh." And that was it. No recommendations, nothing. We were extremely upset. At any rate, we ended up buying our own nail gun for about as much as it would cost to rent one for a week, and we got the floor down easily, and it's beautiful. BUT -- you would think Lumber Liquidators would KNOW what tools were needed for installation, and would KNOW where they could be found.

The experience was absolutely excellent. They left the flooring for a week for us to get acclimated and then installed it. The crew was great and finished the job sooner than they told us they would.

THEY WERE VERY FAST AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
