The work was ok, the installers didn't thrill us but it was ok. There were 2 installers and their professionalism that didn't really thrill us. There were a couple spots that we had to go back and say "add more glue here" in the transition part. One of the guys, the assistant was great but the main guy... I can't say anything bad about him but I liked the assistant better. They did get done when they said they would.
However, we had our contractor actually give the money, picked it up, and installed it. Lumber Liquidators failed to tell us that I’m not the “owner” of the warranty now b/c the contractor is the one who is “their customer” as he put our payment down and picked up the product! I'm now out of thousands of dollars worth of flooring and the contractor is now unavailable.
We're not the only people to use contractors for this kind of service - This is something Lumber Liquidators should make very clear before purchase. I had no problems with them - Until I had a problem and they've been entirely unresponsive.
