LOWES

The purchase was made on February 5th, I was told the door was a custom size so that it would be ready to install on February 25th. The Lowe's Rep wrote installation TBD on the order. I wrote on the order Installation ASAP. I received a call that the door was not yet received and the installation date would be scheduled upon receipt of the door. I stopped at Lowes on March 20th and was told the door would be delivered to Lowes on the 25th and they would call to schedule the installation. I then received a call that the door would not be installed until April 25th because they only contract with one (1) installer for all of Orlando. Waiting three (3) months from order to installation is not my idea of timely. If the installer did not do such a fantastic job of installing the storm door I would have given a No Star Rating. Lowe's should contract with more than one vendor/installer to reduce the wait time for installation.

Poor sales representative led to a sale walked away.

There were some discrepencies in the original quote price and what they tried to charge me at the end. They also tried to upsell me on several things. I am not pleased with what I received and for fencing would contact another company.

The only problem was I choose a carpet from sample board, but when I went to order it the mill was not able to get it when I needed. I ended up choosing another carpet which was about 0.30 more per sq ft after the salesman callied the mill to find another carpet in the same style and price range. Lowes agreed to pay the extra as it was such a large order. If you need carpet by a certain date you are at the mercy of the carpet mills as they only cut certain styles on certain days. The installers were fine and the carpet looks great!

The job went off without a hitch.

I was impressed with their product, but was not happy with the way it was installed. I didn’t have a fuzzy feeling about the person who came out to do the job to start with, but he was okay. He got the door installed and lined it up properly but he had to notch out a piece where the lock fits in, and I wasn’t too pleased with that. They did have somebody come out for a follow up but I told them that I would do it myself, and I went and refinished it myself.

I did not have any help and made the choices on my own. I found what I wanted and needed. The delivery was done at the appointed time and the delivery guys were courteous.

Called them first because they carry Jenn-Air, the brand of my range.

Advertisements of specials and financing offers led me to Lowe's to begin with. The staff was very pleasant during the ordering and scheduling. The project required a professional detail measurement arranged by them prior to actual product purchase. Then they were to contact me once carpet arrived to schedule installation, which I was told would only be a few days. I did not hear from them for approx. a week, so I stopped into the store to inquire the status. They found the carpet had been delivered but not sure where exactly, so they investigated and contacted me the next day to arrange for installation. The subcontracted installation team was also pleasant and I am very satisfied with their work. Just one curiosity - my new carpet had many small twigs on it, even after they vacuumed, that were not from my yard. Otherwise the carpet was sparkling clean, as one would expect. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

I love my new top of the line dishwasher I bought from them. I was very impressed with the follow-up they provided me because they called to confirm that their technician was on the way and they checked back with me to insure that the job was done well. They are very organized and competitive.

Everything was perfect, installation was on time, they even came back to fix a water leak that happened two weeks after installation. When the repairman came and looked under the sink, he found the pipe leaking which had nothing to do with the dishwasher but he fixed it anyway at no charge to us. Very happy with the experience. Would certainly buy from Lowes again.

Once our estimate was received by Lowe's install sales office, things went well. The only problem was that it took nearly 2 weeks for our estimated to be processed. The estimator/intaller told us it should be at Lowe's the day after he did it. We made 3 trips to Lowe's and I made 6 phone calls before they told me it was there, 12 days later. Three days after payment, Lowe's attempted to deliver the door with no install date set and no permit pulled. The installer, Randy, did a great job once we set the install date. Very personable and professional.

IT WAS GOOD QUALITY WORK AND A PROMPT INSTALLATION. THERE'S NOTHING MUCH I CAN SAY. AT THIS POINT I CAN INSTALL IT MYSELF. THE DOORS HAVE TO BE SHIMMIED IN TO FIT TO MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T MAKE NOISE AND FITS PROPERLY. THEY SANDED IT DOWN AND ENSURED THAT IT FIT.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE BETWEEN 8:30 AND 10:30, AND THEY WERE LATE. THEY CAME AROUND 5:00. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I AM SURE WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT FOR LESS, BUT WE DIDN'T SHOP AROUND FOR IT.

IT WAS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY. THEY DID IT. YOU KNOW HOW IT IS. THEY HAVE THREE GUYS WORKING, AND ONE OF THEM MEASURED IT WRONG. IT'S NOT ANYONE'S FAULT.

OVERALL THEY GET LIKE A B. THEY DO PRETTY WELL. THEY'RE CONVENIENT. THEY PRICE WELL. EVERYTHING WAS IN STOCK. WHEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE SUBCONTRACTORS, THAT'S A DIFFERENT ISSUE. THAT'S WHERE THEY LOSE OUT ON PUNCTUALITY. THEY SAY THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT JOB. THEY HAVE A LOT OF JOBS, IN OTHER WORDS.

THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS FINE, THE CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION WAS DONE WITHIN THE CONTRACTED TIME LIMIT (1 WEEK). EVERYTHING WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY WITH NO PROBLEMS.
