They had a nice special and the installation was excellent. The quality of workmanship surprised me in a good way.

Lowe's has been outstanding. I have been a customer for many years and I will continue to be. I have had very, very good results with them. Don't think of them as a big box store necessarily, because they have a lot of personal service and when you doing custom items they take they time to listen and I think they take the time to understand what is the right option for you. I don't think it is a hard sale push. I have found them very cooperative and very easy to work with.

They're helpful and they're nice. You could go up there to see if you like anything and then try to negotiate a lower price. Lowe's was fine and seemed to be pretty low all around except for the lighting.

They did an excellent job. When I called them to let them know they didn't apply caulk in some places they came right back and redid the areas. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Lowes subs out carpet installation. I purchased a houseful of beautiful, thick berber carpet to be installed the week after Xmas, 2009. Long story short, the seam running the full length of the living room turned out atrocious. Although it took several months (numerous folks from the company that did the installation as well as from Lowes coming out to look at the seam), Lowes absolutely made good on the job....and from the get-go, let me know that the problem would be resolved to my satisfaction. As it turned out, it was not possible to correct the seam given the weave and thickness of the carpet. Another team was sent out, the entire houseful of new berber was taken up and more brand new carpet was laid down - the seam cannot even be seen now in the living room. JP from Production at Lowe's was my contact throughout the ordeal and boy is he a winner - what could have been a nightmare experience was handled with extraordinary courtesy and professionalism by this gentleman. I would not hesitate for a moment to do business with Lowes on Lake Underhill again.

The two pieces of the same carpet don't match. They were professional while they were working. The staff at Lowes were very helpful. I would use them in the future.

THE INSTALLERS THAT THEY USED WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. LOWE'S WOULD BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO DEAL WITH THEM AND SOLVE ANY ISSUES THAT I HAD WITH THE JOB.

THEY MIS-MEASURED THE ROOM SO THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO INSTALL IT. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO THREE ROOMS, AND THEY ONLY DID TWO. IN THE END THEY MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT. I AM NOT GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I AM BASICALLY GETTING MORE LAMINATE FOR LESS THAN I WOULD HAVE PAID IF THEY HADN'T MADE THE MISTAKE. IT MAKES UP FOR THE MISTAKE SO I AM STILL HAPPY.

The person at the paint counter was extremely helpful and very cooperative in ensuring that I was satisfied with my purchase. It took a couple of tries to get the correct shade of black for me, but the girl behind the counter stuck with it until I had what I wanted.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the correct measurements for our countertops to put on our cabinets to build an island in our kitchen. The prices were great we saved more but it still looked high priced and the shipment came in less than a week.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted. I was able to have one set of blinds cut on the spot and the other had to be special ordered since the window was so large. Very helpful in helping me get the correct hardware to install the blinds in my concrete block house.
