Ordered pump online. Received note that order was rec'd but no notice of shipment and charges were posted to my credit card. After 1 week, I called to check status of order and was told that it had been shipped and was scheduled for delivery the next day. Also promised an email with tracking info. After another week, still no pump or email. Called and asked to cancel order. they didn't care enough to ask why I wanted to cancel. Fortunately, they did credit back to my card.
