Locke Well & Pump

A simply awesome company. I love you guys a lot. Harri Brown is awesome. I use them all the time. I have seen so many companies in the Orlando area, but these guys are the best! They are my "go to company" for my well pump issues.

Ordered pump online. Received note that order was rec'd but no notice of shipment and charges were posted to my credit card. After 1 week, I called to check status of order and was told that it had been shipped and was scheduled for delivery the next day. Also promised an email with tracking info. After another week, still no pump or email. Called and asked to cancel order. they didn't care enough to ask why I wanted to cancel. Fortunately, they did credit back to my card.

My well pump controller failed and I needed to replace it quickly as we had no water. I called Locke Well and they had the part in stock and at a competitive price (within a buck or two of Ebay). Went in and picked the control box up and asked them about the next step, just in case there was more wrong with my system, as the overload breaker had burned up (could be due to age, or a bad pump/wiring). They gave some helpful advice and a ballpark quote for a new pump. Luckily everything worked perfectly when I installed the box, but I anticipate contacting them someday when my 20 year old pump finally gives up.
I also ordered parts for my Stenner Chlorine Feed Pump a year or so prior and had them ship the parts to me. Again, prices were close to if not the best I could find, and my part arrived quickly without any hassles. Their web site works well, so I was able to order online, and they also have a forum on their site where people can ask questions or search answers to prior questions. Very helpful!
For small, cheap parts, buy a couple spares or one of each item you might need. Shipping for one small item was almost $8, adding a few extra items made it go up only .50 cents.
My only suggestion for them would be to offer 24 hour emergency service. Currently they are open M-F 7:30AM-5PM.
