LESLIE'S POOL SUPPLY

The man who came proceeded to take the pump completely out and apart, leaving DE powder EVERYWHERE,and just left. We took in the filter and were told it would be $350 to fix it. As Gary, the manager, was walking to the back, he turned and saw my grandson (11), about 6 inches behind the counter (which, I might add, is in the middle of the store, with a walk way through it and no doors). Gary loudly yelled at my grandson from across the store, "Hey, what are you doing?" and then proceeded to walk to the front saying he had an error message on his computer (which he didn't because I looked). Then he tried to say he was just joking. I took my grandson, told him we wouldn't be back and left. As we were leaving, he said that it was fine, we shouldn't come back. About 30 minutes later we received a call saying there were parts missing from our filter (which they took apart), and by the end of the call, our new bill was going to be 900.00-1000.00 dollars. Gee, wonder why our bill went up...
