I was given their info by a friend. The response time was fast. David was professional and efficient. He found the leak right away, and made repairs. Definitely will be referring The Leak Doctor. Thanks again David!

Leak Doctor damaged property during a service visit, refuse to pay for the damages, and sent me a doctored work order with my signature on it. The Leak Doctor has ignored my requests for their insurance/bond information, has not accepted responsibility for damaging my home during a service appointment, and has pushed my requests for a resolution to the side. In addition, they have sent me a doctored work order with my signature (proof available) which is EXTREMELY fraudulent. The work order includes comments that were made on February 18, 2020 but references details that only occurred on February 20, 2020. ADDITIONAL DETAILS A Leak Doctor Technician stopped by my property on Thursday, February 20, 2020, to detect a leak at approximately 9:51 a.m. He sent me a text message from his personal cell confirming his arrival. During his inspection he damaged my property. During a "non-invasive" inspection, removed the crown molding, cut through the sheetrock (leaving a hole) and damaged the bathroom vanity in the process. In addition, unknown to me, he arrived without the necessary equipment to perform the inspection. In the end, he was unable to locate the leak, offered not to charge me for the mistakes, and offered to schedule an appointment where somebody with the proper equipment would come out. He cited that he did not know why dispatch sent him out without telling him what he needed, e.g. thermography equipment, etc. I declined his offer and reached out for remedies to this damage and insurance information on March 17, 2020. On March 26, 2020 the owner called me from a new number (portions of this call is recorded with his knowledge) and informed me that they in fact located the leak (not true) and would not be fixing the damages. I was not pleased by their level of service and was hoping it would be a simple fix but it is not. Instead, I have been ignored by this company and have been left with costly damages in tenant-occupied property. This is preventing me from properly marketing of this property.

Leak Doctors was able to get a techician out the same day. I had investigated several thoughts on my own but was unable to determine the problem.  Service tech looked at several areas and determined to was a bad sprinkler control valves allowing water to slowly leak from each head.  Waiting on irrigation company to come out and replace valves but I feel pretty sure he has found the problem. It's not cheap but I feel it was worth it.  I would use them again,

The company was very prompt in returning my call and scheduling a technician to go out to look for a interior wall leak.  I had tried several other companies with leak detection services and no one was able to come out for at least 1-2 weeks.  Leak Doctor was able to come over the following day.  They found and repaired the leak.  Very pleased with their prompt response.

After having several months of $200 water bills, I called Leak Doctor to find my leak.  When I called, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.  They were very upfront about the cost of the diagnosis ($400)and repair and I was prepared for the cost based on other reviews.

The technician was very prompt and friendly.  He found the leak and noted that there were none others outside the house.  The repair did take a while but was completed.

I highly recommend them as they have the lastest and greatest equipment to diagnose and fix water leaks.

. First off I'd like to point out my review of Leak Doctor is based (almost) solely on my experience with the technician sent to my house (Steven). To me, Steven WAS Leak Doctor .. I had litle contact with anyone else in the organization. If Steven is representative of how the entire company operates, I have no problem recommending their services. He was polite, well spoken, thorough and professional.
As mentioned earlier, it took him 30 minutes +- to find the leak and then he spent some additional time tracing the water line the leak was associated with. After getting my ok, he drilled down through the tile grout and slab to confirm his findings .. which were correct. He ensured he had correctly and accurately located the problem then marked it for the plumber. He even patched where he had drilled .. even though it is going to be torn up again (hopefully soon). I'm now waiting for the plumber to come fix the leak.
If I had it to do over again, I would have called Leak Dr. first.
I say this because although we heard water running there was no sign of water in the house .. no wet spots or signs of water on the baseboards. We apparently had a slab or some other hidden leak that most plumbers are not equipped to find. I lost a day and a trip charge fee by going to the plumber first .
I'm not complaining about plumbers or trip charges. I understand that driving a fully equipped truck to a customer's home is a cost of doing business. I also understand that any time a plumber spends driving to my home is time he isn't spending with other paying jobs. I'm ok with paying someone for the entire time they spend working on my situation. I'm just saying that knowing what I know now, hiring someone trained and equipped to locate a hidden leak is the logical first step.
I'll review the plumber (who is also on Angies List) after the work is complete.

It was 4 July holiday weekend and our hot water pipe broke. No one was working except these guys. The and quot;doctorand quot; came. He was very professional clean and precise. He found the leak exactly where it was. They are expensive and very busy. We needed to wait because he had other jobs already booked and could not come immediately.

Tech came in, I told him approximately where the leak was and in 10 -15 minutes, he found it, put an X on the tile (the leak was behind) and was ready to go. Paid $295 to find a leak (stupid me) Should have called a plumber in the first place, he could have found the leak and I would have saved $295. $295 for 15 minutes equals an hourly rate of close to $1200. Looking at their website I thought it would be turn key. From their website and quot; In summary, we re-state that when a leak appears, we Find it, Fix it, and Finish it.and quot; This implies turn-key to me..
