Tree trimming Went very good, cleaning the yard up was not so good. They threw logs. They cut down in my corner of my property. They left a big limb in my property and water bottles in my backyard.

Lawn Commander, only did a portion of the work he agreed to on his estimate. I wish he would have given us an honest estimate with the correct price, Instead he enticed us to sign with him for a low price. At the end of the work day he didn't finish all of the work agreed as in the estimate and emails and he demanded the entire amount of the money $1500. He wanted even more money to finish the rest of the work which we would not pay. Wish he would have just given us the real price up front in the beginning so we could have decided with someone else. Also he was very disrespectful and rude to my parents arguing with them for 1.5 hrs in front of the house to pay him for such incomplete / unfinished work. We had other more honest and considerate vendors we could have gone with - I wish we had.

I signed up for monthly service. overall service has been a failure. this week they did not service my property at all, even though I paid for the full month in advance. Last week they cut y back yard with a whipper snipper. Ridiculous!! I would never use them again nor would I recommend them.

"Mr. [Members Name] ordered basic lawn care at $75 a month (not $100) while we were servicing the property last week we noticed there was an excessive amount of dog poop in a barely 15X20 foot square in his backyard. To avoid tracking the dog poop over to our next customers yard, we evenly weed whacked the small portion in the back. Not ridiculous! Being considerate of our other customers. We offered a refund for the final cut because of how disgruntled he was by the last service but he said he did not need it and wanted to cancel services immediately."

It's $85 a month. Every time I needed advice from him, he's been giving me straightforward advice. He hasn't been trying to sell me anything and he doesn't force me to do services that I don't need. It's always the same people doing the lawn and they know who we are, what to expect, and we also know what to expect from them. They've been consistent and if there's an issue, they're more than willing to fix it. They let us know if they can't make it due to some reasons, like if it's raining.

We pay $85 a month.They are here when they are supposed to be and they come weekly during the summer when the lawn grows quicker. It is a very good experience. They are reliable, professional and they follow through on their promises. They do what they say they are going to do.
