She's fabulous! She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and what to look for within the home. She would bring things to our attention that we may have missed and very resourceful. Laura is very well versed in the legal aspects.

Laura was extremely professional and personable, and created a differentiated listing with amazing photos including a drone video. She provided guidance on preparing the house to sell, and setting the listing price. Showings and multiple negotiations went well and our house was the only one to sell in the neighborhood to this day! (3 others were listed in the sub-division, and 2 across from the entrance). Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would not hesitate to work with Laura as a Real Estate agent on either the buy / sell side.

The search for a house went very well considering we had specific parameters for a large amount of land and particular characteristics for the house. Laura was extremely helpful as we searched in many different locations for several months and was also very knowledgeable about the houses we visited. Due to Laura's diligence we were able to find the house and property that was exactly what we wanted.
