Greg and Andres did a superb job!! They were very professional as well as helpful about remedies for our situation. They cleaned up after the job was complete so well, you couldn’t tell they’d even been there!! I will definitely use Lapin Services again!! The project manager Carlos was wonderful. He kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. The man who prepared the yard for the new drain field (I am so sorry that I forgot his name!) was exceptional. He was courteous and very careful to do as little disruption to our yard as possible. Lapin took care of the permitting, which took 10 days, and they were at the house the very next day. The installation took just one day, but then we had to wait another day for the inspection. When that inspection failed, the men came back at our home the next day to correct the situation. They literally waited at our house for 2 hours for the inspector to arrive so they could fill in the dirt as soon as the inspection was complete. We did have to call about the sidewalk and rocks not being cleaned up well, but again, the company sent 2 guys out the next day, and they took care of things. All this occurred the week of Christmas, so we feel quite fortunate to have gotten such terrific service. I would recommend this company !

They were there on time cleaned up after the fact.  Didn't break and of the cables for tv or internet.  Only had to break 2 of the sprinkler runs and put the plants to the side so I could reuse them.  They were helpful, polite and did an amazing job.  I expected this to be a real pain to do and they really just took care of it.  I can't speak highly enough of the service and quality.

They came out after Crotty Septic tried to sell us a drainfield that we didn't need nor did they even probe. Lapin came out and discovered that the effluent filter had not been cleaned at least this time. The tank was full of water and lots of waste. Chris Albury was great and cleaned the filter and the water started to flow. He tested the drainfield and said it was dry and fine.
We did go back to Crotty and made them finish their job but did not give them $5,000 for a drainfield we didn't need. We will use Lapin Services because he is running an honest and quality business.

They were sent by our home warranty company to pump the septic tank. They did it and then called for authorization. We found out our home warranty only allows one septic pump per plan year, so after already pumping and then basically wanting to charge us almost 300, basically extorting us at the time, they would not wait for my husband to call the warranty company...they told my mom who had to be at my house for this service, that they had to go they could not wait around, and PUMPED THE SEPTIC TANK FULL! Now I am no plumber, or septic company, but how can that be legal? I can tell you that is just disgusting. Who knows what or from whom, was in their truck when they did that. There could have been contaminated waste with hepatitis C. They made also made a mess in my back yard, which we did not see, and Of course my two small dogs found it, and I had to give my two dogs two baths to get it off of them. Meanwhile, I am downtown Orlando, over 30 miles away at jury duty-which they were aware of, knowing I could not receive phone calls or texts. My husband ending up having to leave work early, losing hours at work and salary, and had to call another septic service company to clean up the mess and pump the tank.

Once we had done the work and we contacted your home warranty company for payment they then realized that you had already used your annual benefit for this service and could not pay twice in one year. We gave you the opportunity to pay our standard fee of $280.00 for the service we provided and you chose not to pay. Unfortunately, as a business we have certain costs that our standard fee is designed to cover and if we can not collect those fees we do not have a choice but to return the product. Our goal is to always provide the best possible service that we can, but when the customer is not willing to work with us our options are limited. We would love the opportunity to work with you in the future, so that we can show you that customer service is something we do strive for. Sincerely Lapin Services"

Pumped out tank, never inspected, said not good. Dug hole in back yard for who knows why, it was a separate drain field for washer only. Was told not to. But dug and damaged the drain. Left hole open and said was not responsible. When contacted owner, his response was not his problem and hung up

Needed waste pump replaced and 2 tanks pumped.Tech. Ron was very courteous and very careful not to harm surrounding irrigation pipes.The only problem we had was that they did not inquire as to how far the tank was from the street and they did not have enough hose to reach it on their first trip.They had to wait until the next day to wrangle up enough hose to do the job.
Other than that they did outstanding work for a reasonable price.[less than what we paid another company six years ago for the same type of work].

This happened on Friday night at 6:30 p.m. The two guys that were there were not even licensed plumbers. We did not get the issue resolved for 3 months. It was the worst nightmare. Our house was torn up and we had huge sections of carpet torn up for at least 2 months. The project manager was totally irresponsible. His lack of communication throughout the whole matter was the basis of the problems and could have been avoided if he would have asked the right questions. They were just awful. To this day they have not called to see if we got things resolved.

The technician, John, arrived within the time period that was estimated. He went right to work and completed the pumping task. During the process he called the company office to confer with someone regarding our drain field leakage problem. He later suggested a couple of different reasons why the gray water would be coming out. I also asked the tech about making it easier to access the tank filter so that I can clean it myself. He arranged for another Lapin Services employee to come to install an access cover so that I can open the cover when needed without having to dig down through the soil to find the concrete lid. The access cover was installed less than an hour later.
