I receive a detailed report each week describing the condition of my home and property. I received the first one last week:  All appliances and a/c in proper working order. A/c set at 80. Entryways swept, toilets flushed, weeds pulled and garden watered. Doors and windows were inspected and discovered I had not locked one of the doors. All the doors were properly locked, including the security locks. No signs of leaks or pests... It is great to have the peace of mind that everything is in good condition. I highly recommend Lake Nona Home Services. This is the third year that I have used their service.

We have been using Lake Nona Home Services for almost a year and are extremely pleased with the service.  John physically checks our house inside and out every week.  He checks the normal stuff such as if the appliances are working, if the phone line is active, if the alarm is set, if there are any leaks or bugs, if the air conditioning or heat is on, etc.  But beyond these normal things, John goes above and beyond and makes sure the property is in top shape by sweeping the porch and pulling weeds.  He will handle any special requests we have.  And he has everything up and running and operational for us when we come into town.  We feel safe and secure having John check on our place.  We would definitely recommend Lake Nona Home Services.
