I take my bike to Kyle's whenever it needs servicing and have found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. They don't carry as much gear as some of the bigger shops, but what they do carry is high quality. And their repair service is excellent. In this particular case, I took my bike in, was given an estimate, and picked it back up exactly when they said it would be ready. In spite of what I read in another review of Kyle's I like doing business there and will continue to do so.
Update: Excellent. I wrote a review a short while ago and when I looked at after submitted, I noticed that I had incorrectly stated the cost, which was $35 not $90. The original estimate was $90, but when they actually did the work, it ended up costing only $35. They could easily have taken advantage of me, and I wouldn't have known the difference. I like these guys. They do excellent work, and they're honest.
