The day my wife and I got our cable, internet, and phone installed at our new place of residence the hard drive on our home desktop computer crashed. Everything from the start with Koerner's Computer Services went great! Richard (who is the owner), was terrific, he offered to come out to our home but I opted to bring our desktop cpu to his office and save a little money.
Not only was Richard able to recover all the data off of the hard drive, but he also immediately backed it up. He also suggested that I upgrade to a "solid state" hard drive which is A LOT more stable and also makes your computer much faster! So before I left his office, Richard ordered the new hard drive and I paid for it. Then Richard went on to fix my hard drive (the one that had crashed) so that I was able to use our computer while awaiting the new hard drive to arrive.
Richard is sooooo knowledgeable with computers!!! He has been in this business since 1985 and he really goes the extra mile to help people with fixing and upgrading their computers or whatever they need! He's very honest, personable, friendly, and professional as well.
I have my cpu back and the computer is back up and running with the new solid state hard drive and Richard was correct; my computer is running faster than I have ever seen a computer run!!! No joke!!! This solid state hard drive is GREAT!!!!! Web pages open up with lightening speed as do all of the Windows software I have installed on the hard drive. Thanks Richard....I'm a customer for life!!!
