Whole project could not have been better.

I set up  2 appointments for 12/22/14. One to replace a garbage disposal unit at my son's house in Eastbrook and another to repair a kitchen faucet and replace 3 shut off valves on the toilets at my house in Winter Park Pines. He said there would be  an $85. call out fee on each of the appointments even though the houses are only 10 minutes apart (and that is if you catch the traffic light at Rt.436).All went well with the disposal unit, and he was paid $185. for that bill, but when he got to my house, he said he could not fix the faucet because he was unfamiliar with the brand (the faucet was not that old and I had all the paperwork for it, including breakdown pictures). I thought it might be possible to take it apart and clean it as the only thing wrong with it was the spout wouldn't swivel. He also could not do the other repairs because his truck had broken down 2 days before and was in the shop for repairs and his supplies were on that truck.     I  then set up another appointment for 1/5/15. The kitchen faucet was the main issue and I only added the shut off valves since I had the plumber coming out anyway (they were not leaking just frozen). I admit I should have just canceled at that point but I didn't.  When he came out on the 5th of Jan. and did the work he presented me with a bill for $60. which I paid at that time.  When one of the valves started leaking on March 11, 2015 I called him to ask if there was any guarantee on the work. His response was that his work was only guaranteed for 30 days and in a loud voice told me that I had cheated him. He forgot to add the extra $85. to the bill. I paid the invoice as shown thinking that he cut me a break for all the trouble he had caused me.  I gave him a detailed list of what I wanted done when I set up the appointment, so he knew parts would be needed . He should have called and re-scheduled when the truck broke  but he didn't. I told him I would call someone else to come out and fix the leaking toilet valve . The next time I need a plumber I will also call someone else.

On both occasions the appointment was confirmed by a phone call from the office, the plumber (Chuck) showed up on time, performed as requested professionally, neat and clean both times. Reasonable price when compared with another plumbing company I had used previously. Highly recommend them.

We are new to the area and pourched a new home.  During the home inspection, polybutylene piping was found, in use, throughout the house.  Polybuylene piping was outlawed in the 1980's because of premature material failure.  Due to the chemical make-up of the polybutlyene piping, the pipes are prone to bursting.  Unbeknow to us, this would ultimate increase our home owners insurance to $3,500 instead of $1,500.  Not to mention, there is only 1 company in Florida that will write a policy on this type of house because of the piping, and if something happens, they will not over damage is a pipe bursts.

It was decided to re-plumb the entire house.  I called KLM for estimate, and Ryan met me at the house.  Prompt, well manored and professional.  We toured the house, he did his thing and went back to office.  I had a quote that afternoon.  Once we recieved the quote, I ran the numbers and knew the quote was accurate and a good a price.  I decided to book the work.

3 Plumbers arrrived at the house and they were there for 2 days.  My wife was there and they where very curtious towards her and explained everything that they where doing.  The came in, got the job done in minimal time, where professional and cleaned up after themselves.  The quality was good, no leaks and pressure tested well.

I would call them back any time.
