+ -1 moreMr Kish is an excellent contractor to work with. He went over and above what was asked of him. Our project did not always go smoothly, there were many problems with the city, and acquiring permits were difficult because of setback issues. Mr. Kish was able to make suggestions and compromises to make things work. We ended up with a room that was unexpected and has added much value to our home. I would highly recommend Kish Builders for any home improvement projects.

+ -1 moreIt was excellent working with them. Everything was accomplished on time and under budget even with the Aging in Place recommendations. They were very wise with respect to staying within a budget.
Description of Work: They did Aging in Place for the condo as well as recommended remodeling concepts. Remodeled a new kitchen and bathroom per Aging in Place recommendations. They repainted and re-carpeted as well as re-did the hardwood floors. They put in new can lighting. They also replaced and re-sized doors to make some french doors for accessibility.

+ -1 morePaul's work is stellar. Kish Builders has been a business fixture for ever in Central Florida. Paul is a master at coordinating subcontractors and brings out the best in everyone he meets. His work ethic is great but as a dedicated family man he brings compassion along with his building skills to the worksite. Demolition through the finished product, Paul and his crew were professional, thorough, personable and really hard working. I recommend Paul Kish Builders very highly.
Description of Work: Paul Kish was referred to me after the 2004 hurricanes destroyed my house. He recommended a roofer ( impossible for someone outside the trade. Roofers were charging $500 to show up for an estimate!) after Central Florida was declared a national disaster following Charlie, Frances, Ivan & Jeanne. Paul's crew replaced electrical wiring, plumbing, all the drywall and ceilings, baseboard & decorative moulding, painted, re-built the stairway, removed & replaced walls, removed & replaced the condenser & evaporator, dealt with the difficult insurance adjusters and did it all with grace & professionalism. He always answered phone calls, checked on the work frequently & made polite suggestions to derail potentially disastrous decisions. Paul Kish is the best GC in the nation! I recommend him very highly. He's busy though, so you'll be fortunate to get him.
