Kilgores Automotive is a family owned business started in 1979. We have ASE certified Technicians. We offer general auto repair on American and Foreign vehicles. We have a towing service available if needed. We are open Monday thru Friday from 7:00an to 5:00pm. There is a night drop outside our gate. We do work by appointment.

We brought in a Nissan Altima which was running rough. It had a head gasket replaced awhile back by another shop which tightened everything too much. Ron did an expert job of drilling out a broken spark plug, installing new coils and a valve cover. He did an outstanding job. He saved us from having to junk this car. Outstanding.

The oil leak had been discovered during a regular oil change. It was fixed in a timely manner and I have not had any problem since. I did have to bring it back in for another issue and he tweaked something and did not charge me. Running fine now.

He is very good. He was recommended to me. He does a good job and I don’t have to go back. He is very honest. He will tell me everything and he won’t cheat me. The only thing is his prices are not cheap. In the past I have spent $600 for my younger daughter’s car. I have spent money with him. He is not the cheapest guy in town. He is responsive. He will call me up and tell the problem the vehicle has and will ask me if I want to get it fixed or take it to some place else where they do it cheaper than him. He is that kind of a mechanic. I would continue to use him in the future.
