THEY USUALLY RESPOND, BUT NOT AS PROMPTLY AS THEY COULD IF WE CALL THEM. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DO COME ON THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED TIME. THEY ARE PRETTY PROMPT WITH THAT.

THEY WERE REFERRED TO ME. THEY USE PET FRIENDLY PRODUCTS WHICH IS WHAT I LIKE. THAT IS WHY I USE THEM. I DON'T NEED TO BE HERE WHEN THEY COME, BUT I DO KNOW WHEN THEY'VE BEEN HERE BECAUSE THEY LEAVE ME AN INVOICE.
