Kevin Priester (Pres/ CEO at PropertyNet USA )
This gentleman was referred to me by a well-established home wholesaler in order to support me as a new distressed home rehabilitation business.
As accustomed and researched, I signed a contract and disbursed payments in a pre-established schedule expecting honesty and transparency as well as a quality and timely job. Unfortunately my expectations were high and this person did not deliver in any of his commitments.
Enumerating I could state:
-He is not a contractor and works through a ?qualifying contractor? which was unreachable and never showed -Not trustworthy -Unreliable -Mishandles payments -Tardy in his work
-Does not meet contract deadlines by months
-Needs constant supervision in order to obtain standard work -Does not respond most of the time to calls,emails and written observations of ongoing work
-Hires unqualified assistants, including family members
-Does not show a detailed list of expenses until forced to
-Needs constant admonishments in order to obtain a satisfactory job
Currently I have initiated a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and the Division of Consumer Services of Florida.
If you want to avoid a nightmare, beware of hiring this person.
