Couple of glitches that shouldn't have happened but they were made right. Overall, very cooperative, responsible and professional.
Very meticulous. Everything was done "right." Outstanding results. Everyone who sees the new addition raves about it, even on subsequent visits. Hard to imagine that it could have turned-out any better.

It's a very nice room. We're satisfied with it. It's not perfect, but I don't think you ever get perfect.

KEN WAS HANDS-ON FROM START TO FINISH WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION AND STATUS REPORTS DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ATTENTIVE TO OUR CONCERNS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
