We contacted Mark & Keane Quality plumbing and he come out quickly to review the work & provide quote to do a complete repipe. Mark was very creative & experienced in how to run pipes in a effective manner so we could keep the pipes inside (not run them outside & back in) and unseen. He was also open to suggestions on where to run pipes and able to adjust those suggestion to something that works. In coordination with re-pipe, Keane Quality plumbing also had to install a new sink, hook up new water/drain for new washer location, hook up new water heater, and run new water lines from our well source to the house & detached garaged. We were good with price and confident that Mark would be able to complete the work.
Mark arrived with his team (2 others) the following week and was able to complete nearly all the work within a few days. Keane Quality plumbing handled all the paperwork for permitting and we had no issues with passing. This job was far from typical house re-pipe and I am fortunate to have found company that could complete the work requested in the time needed with the quality they provided.
My only hesitation on recommending them is that they may not be as responsive with smaller jobs. I was hoping to get a studor vendor installed months after they completed initial work and they have not been able to assist. However, If I run into any plumbing issues they will be the first ones I try to contact.
After almost three months, instead of dissipating it would make a high pitch screech noise. I called the company to let them know the problem I was having. The owners wife told me that they provided a one year warranty on their work. Therefore, they sent the owner Mark and his technician Steve to fix our problem. I had previously requested quiet fill valves. They replaced both of the valves so they left.
About an hour later I flushed my toilet and it made an even worse noise than before. I called the company back and they came out again on the same day. This time they tried a third product for both toliets. I noticed that my toilet bowl was filling pretty high, and he said everything was fine. About a minute later my toilet reduced back the etched line.
Here we are two weeks later I scrubbed my toilet, I put the brush into the opening at the bottom, and all of the sudden the toilet sucked almost the water out of it.To get the bowl to fill again I had to flush the toilet. As I watched the bowl fill it went above the permanent etching in my toilet again. As I watched that I watched the tank continue to fill another inch or so more. About a minute later, the bowl loses water to below etch line. Every time, I flush my toilet I am losing too much water.
When washing this second toliet (guestroom) it now has half the water it used to have.It it is flushing with no back up. We are missing a lot of water in the bowl. It makes very strange sounds as well while it is filling up. In conclusion with my two toliets I have way too much water in one toilet (my toilet) and not enough in the other (guest bedroom). This company previously did a good job initially. However, we went from a simple valve change to serious plumbing problems. Now, I am being told I am out of the warranty and they are not coming back.

9/15/2015 Update: The company I went to for my home warranty sent a new company out to fix the problems that were by Keane at no further charge to me. This new company came out on 8/27 and resolved my issues. When they came they adjusted the water level in the master bath toilet and they replaced a fill valve hose in the hall bathroom that was faulty. This hose was also crimped which reduced the fill of the water into the toilet bowl by at least a half. It was cut too short. The issues are now fine. In response to Keane's comment "If you are having any plumbing problems, we are confident they are not related to the work we have performed." The problems due to my plumbing issues were due to the lack of workmanship provided.
"Customer Service is our first priority, so we are sorry you have changed your once glowing opinion of our company. After our initial service visit, we made several attempts to address your additional concerns free of charge even though all the plumbing concerns we were hired to repair are now functioning properly. These free service calls were an attempt to provide excellent customer service. We have not received any additional work requests from the home warranty company, and you have insisted we continue to come to your home without being paid. If you are having any plumbing problems, we are confident they are not related to the work we have performed. We wish you all the best."
