While we do work closely with those trades and have great recommendations for plumbers and electricians, we are not plumbers and electricians. JWP Designs is a full service interior design firm. When we originally started your project, the original scope of work was refinishing your cabinetry (painting). It wasn’t until we started removing your doors and drawers to be painted, that we discovered that your cabinetry was rotten and molded and not in a condition to be refinished. As a put customer service first organization, I am actually proud that we were able to change your scope of work from refinishing to brand new cabinetry, at little to no extra cost. With your scope of work changing to a brand new cabinetry build and installation, and your choice not to add any extra cost with cabinetry the time to complete your project was effected. JWP Designs is not a mold remediation company. Therefore, we had to wait for that area to be cleaned up properly and also could not handle the disposal of the molded cabinetry. We adhere to all HOA rules and inform our clients if there are any extra steps that need yo be done, but at the end of the day, we are a team and it takes us working together to bring your dream to life. Even with all of the changes, i remember how happy you were that we were still able to deliver to you your dream kitchen. And, we always honor our Certificate of Warranty that comes with all of our projects. We never heard of any issues from you, not even when we followed up. We are happy to keep your dream kitchen a reality."
