I also felt like we were just working with the designer and not the company's resources at large.
When it came time to start getting estimates we were given a few referrals from JWB that either didn't return our calls or came out and were never heard from again. Maybe no one wanted the project, but it still seems unprofessional.
We decided not to go forward with the project so we didn't pay for the next step of the service. Even though it clearly states in the contract that if we decide not to go forward with the rest of the services we don't need to pay, yet we still were asked to pay a few times before I had to make it clear that it wasn't the agreement.
This is my first experience doing this, so maybe it's just a frustrating process. JWB technically did what they said they were going to do, I just wasn't as impressed as I hoped I would be.
