Flooring
We had a very bad experience with this company. They repaired, supposedly, our hardwood floor where the refrigerator had leaked and the wood turned black. They replaced the boards, but the boards did not match the rest of the floor. They were supposed to take out the scratches in the rest of the floor, recoat it, and make it look like new. Well, we now have more marks and scratches in the floor than before they started. The new boards are not the same color as the other boards and are not evenly laid. We have ridges and discolorations. When confronted the day they came to pick up their check, he only said we have 18 years of experience and was totally unprofessional. Instead of asking how can we make this right to your satisfaction, he merely said "have a nice day".
