John Madison and his team were fantastic to work with from conceptualization to the final product and their follow up visits to check on the plants and irrigation system they installed for us. They worked with us in a complete redesign of our front yard, including providing some great advice on our separate front porch project. We have been thoroughly impressed with both John Madison and his team. They were knowledgeable, personable, and overall very educational. They taught us how to maintain our new landscaping and did weekly check-ins to make sure everything was still doing well. Now we are the talk of the neighborhood and everyone compliments our new front lawn. We would absolutely recommend John Madison and his team!

Little disappointed with the quality of the plants provided. Don't feel that it was a very good value for the money I spent.

Responded quickly, did good job in a short period of time. Listened to what I wanted and the price I could pay. Worked with the price I gave them. Only small neg. some of the plants don't look like they are doing well after 2 1/2 months.. I have not contacted them about this but will soon.

One bed not doing as well as should. Little John azaleas are not growing -- despite fertilizing! Remainder of yard plants look good.

Professional, fair, diligent, started and ended on time, installed grass and stone around above ground pool. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Suggest that john does better on the quality of sod laid. I had at least 8 sections that contain no saint augustine and was nothing but crab grass. I am still pulling various crab grass out of the rest of the sod. My irrigation system still has leaks. I will try and find someone else to fix it. The madisons are very nice and respected people especialy the father, I assumed like father like sons.

The contact person, Landscape Architec was wonderful, and very knowledgable... From estimate, to installation, to follow up, I can't compliment them enough. Great company to do business with.

I was very impressed. Dana who is a landscape archetict came to my house and new right away what would work the best in my flower beds. Within a week everything was planted. We did a walk through to make sure I was happy. Dana is even going to monitor the flower beds periodically and replace any plants if necessary. They were very professional and I would use them again.

They started right away on killing the dead and dying sod to replace it with new. Made great recommendations for mulching away from the pool cage. Notice issues with the irrigation system and we had them repair that as well. They sent pics since we live in IL for the FL property, so that was a nice touch too. Very personable and responsible.

Great job! I had a small patio and they were able to begin the job right away and finished in 2 days. Ready to use for that weekend.

John is a very nice man. However, he never showed up after the deal was made. His workers did a poor job, and sloppy cleanup after the job. Had to call them back. They cut a trench across the driveway to install 2 conduits for security cameras. They did a poor job of packing down the dirt and macadam. Still sinking.

Wow! I am beyond impressed and completely satisfied with the outcome of John Madison Landscape design and installation. My project included; sod, irrigation, flower bed design, planting and mulch. I can honestly say I am delighted with the results in all areas. Every deadline John set was met and everyone was punctual and extremely kind and courteous. I whole heartedly recommend John Madison Landscape, Inc. without reservation, and will be using them again for another future project.

John came up with a design that was just what I wanted. He and his team were easy to work with. The price was very high and I am still not satisfied with my walkway, but I haven't tried recently to get them to come back. So far they've tried once to fix the loose stones and did nothing to help that I can see. For the price I paid I expected a bit more.

Our backyard is absolutely beautiful!! We had such an impossible situation before with flooding and dead grass, and now we have a great two-tiered patio and beautiful landscaping thanks to John's creative design. Everyone that sees it is just blown away by the transformation. The big test was yesterday when it poured rain, and there was not a single puddle on our patio. John and his team did everthing exactly like they said they would in a friendly, professional manner. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend John Madison Landscape.

Lawn looks fabulous. We hired John to give our front yard a face lift. He stayed within our stated budget and did an excellent job. Company is professional responded to all calls right away and performed work immediately. Will hire John Madison for future landscape projects.

If you want fast, accurate, cost-effective, responsive quotes and input, John is the guy. He offered and executed on supplying same day or next day quotes, and always makes his deadlines. He is very receptive to requests to reduce costs in his designs. He knows his plants and code requirements. He is always on time to appointments. He is able to do re-quotes and printouts on the spot if necessary. He was also knowledgeable about xeriscaping.

Overall experience was excellent. I am in the process of pricing another project with John.

John was very professional in every since of the word. He did everything....design, install, sprinklers, brick paver patio, stone walkway. Everything was completed in a VERY timely manner. He also replaced a several hundred dollar plant that wasn't looking to healthy several weeks after the job was completed.
