They did a fine job, it's just that they didn't take care of our insurance like they promised that they would send me. They showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they would and so they did a good job.

I live in the service area for this provider but never received a response. I requested estimates from two others as well. One responded although somewhat slowly and the other responded quickly that they did not service my area. I think it is very unprofessional to not respond at all and is a good indicator of what to expect from the com[any's service.

*** Update*** After writing this review, I received a call from the owner of the company. He explained that they did not request to be part of Angie's List and as such do not regularly monitor messages sent to them. This was new information to me that they had to log in to a special area to receive their messages and that they don't just show up in their email. He did apologize for not replying.*

They are amazing. They do the work every month and they cut the grass once a week and we have them for over two years, I guess. They charged us every month. They're very professional, always there, everything is done perfectly trim things beautifully, he was such a fine.

Jason, the owner, came out to my house and provided me with a great drawing of a landscape that I would like to achieve. He emailed me back in a quick time frame. He had very professional and courteous installers that removed and installed the new shrubs.

When they showed up in the morning they got right to work. They removed old sod and dirt. They replaced with new dirt and new sod. We were very happy with their service. They were very professional and polite.

We called the Dig Line to have underground wires marked which required us to move the tree to another spot. JLC Landscape was flexible and helped me find the best spot for the house (aesthetics) and the tree (best light). Its a beautiful tree and has grown well. We've used JLC in the past and they are meticulous with clean-up and take great pride in ensuring the customer is happy and the landscape grows well.
