Mike made many promises, and failed as many. We hired him in Florida, but still lived out of state at that time. The home was available to be worked on for almost 2 months and we were promised that the work would have been done by the end of February. We have an email saying that the work was almost all completed and it was at the beginning of March. We moved to Florida and arrived home on March 20th. It had many uncompleted tasks and those that were completed were very sloppily done. Our kitchen counter was scratched, kitchen ceiling was definitely not completed - it needed pop corn and paint, baseboards looked like they were never painted, dirt and fingerprints were everywhere, paint was applied very sloppily, tile was uneven in many places etc. I can go on and on with the issues. The biggest disappointment was that Mike Jensen never apologized, instead he told my husband that he was ******* him off for expressing our frustrations. We lost tons of time and wages by staying home and waiting for his crew to come and complete the work that should have been completed long time ago. His crew was always late. And their work quality leaves much to be desired. Even after issues were 'fixed' certain walls and kitchen ceiling still look ugly. We still have a rough transition between tile and hardwood that is very visible and my child can trip on. Mike said twice he will think about it, and never got back. We paid Mike Jensen almost $15K, never heard 'sorry' from him, but we sure did receive his attitude and lack of care. I am shocked that there is a business that can operate with such low standards and lack of customer service. I highly recommend everyone to go elsewhere for their remodeling needs.

The workers were very unprofessional. The quality of work performed was unsatisfactory. Someone had to come back to fix problems twice and there is still issues unresolved. I told Mike Jensen about the issues that is still unresolved and have not got any response from him to this date! He seems to rely on photos of the job, taken by his foreman. The photos do not show all of the flaws in their work, so he thinks they did a good job. I was considering having my bathrooms remodeled also, until I saw the kind of work they do. I will never use Jensen Interiors again and would not recommend them to anyone!

Quick response time to inquiries and estimate. Started a week later. Initially said the tile was good, having had it about 15% done. Then once finished it looked awful, and they proceeded to placed blame on the tile itself. They did come back and replace 5 of the worst tiles. However, during the procedure and they had put huge pieces of furniture on top of the freshly laid tile, but even though I thought it was odd at the time, I didn't say anything. About 15% of the tiles are hollow and 2 are loose. Three transition areas are bad and have tacks exposed on the carpet strips. Spaces were left under the door jams. Two small areas are missing grout. The quarter round was poorly done. The tiles are very un-level and sharp. The grout varies in depth, width, and color. The grout colors vary from white to dark gray . We were promised 1/16th of an inch grout lines and everything was 1/8th or larger. He told me after the tile was done that it was not possible to do 1/16th grout. The installers through 2 boxes of tile away without my permission. This left me with only 6 replacement tiles. I can no longer get matching tiles. They were supposed to send the installer back out for more revisions and he no-showed. I called several times, and he finally sent Travis back out. Travis repair the 2 tiles he was told to do and that was it. The owner said he would call us back two other times and has not called back or scheduled any corrections. I later found out that this company operates under 2 other names. I am the owner of the house, but they let an elderly resident sign off on the work without me seeing it and they left before I arrived.
