Real Estate Service
James was very professional from my initial contact until the close of the sale. He was very attentive and wanted to ensure that I was purchasing a good house. As such, he steered me away from several houses that looked great but had underlying issues. I have been working with James since September 2012 and actually had a short sale that fell thru due to the seller not wanting to wait out the long process. I was upset, but quickly turned to James to help find me new houses. Eventually, I did find the PERFECT house and I closed on 2/28/13. I would definitely recommend James to anyone. He goes above and beyond what I've seen from most realtors. He works all hours and was ALWAYS available via text. He also worked with me and met me on days that were most convenient for me, which I'm sure may not have always been most convenient for him. This is a value that is lacking in most businesses today and I was appreciative to find it in James!
