Through previous businesses and other opportunities he was a part of, he took away one thing that is the key to a successful business and that is providing great customer service. Izzy was trained in the art of carpet cleaning and more back in 2010 from a well respected carpet cleaner who had been in the business for over 30 years. After his retirement he felt Izzy was the perfect person to learn his craft and teach others.
