Pleasant, professional, but got the impression as a one-man shop was experiencing growing/busy-ness pains. Showing up on time was an issue - delays seemed due to overscheduling. But once on site, diligent, professional.

He came the day I called to check the pump. Determined it was frozen and what size replacement pump was necessary. He ordered the parts and returned in 3 days to perform the work. Tested the entire system and adjusted several of the sprinkler heads. There was no additional fee for the adjustments.

Excellent. In fact he replanted flowers that were in the way of sprinkler heads which he didn't have to do.
