They were amazing, they got it done quickly and professionally, it was a great find.

Jay and his crew showed up at time scheduled. They installed 2 hot water heaters. After installation is where the problems occurred. immediately after that we noticed we have no hot water we called Jay and told him , he said he would check with his brother who is an electrician and find out what the problem is. He called us back and told us we needed two breakers one for each hot water heater. He told us the breakers were tripping causing the hot water heater to turn off he said he would send someone over to fix it the next day. We waited and waited no one ever showed. We called Jay back and he told us he was shocked because he had arranged for an electrician to come out, but never told us anything. So he said he would send another one which never happened. During this time we kept having to reset our breakers to get hot water. Every time we would try and schedule an electrician to come out he would just tell me they'll come tomorrow or put us off as of today we have not gotten this fixed. When we last spoke with Jay about a week ago he said he would reimburse us $150 so we could pay someone to get the breakers installed as of today we have no check he will not answer our calls or texts we feel that he did not finish the job properly and has taken advantage of us .

After paying another plumbing company $70.00 to give me a crazy estimate of $2,500 to replace my water heater, I began calling other plumbers asking for a free estimate. Jay said he never charges for an estimate and would come by the next day, which he did. He said I didn't need a new water heater, he could do the repair for $183.00 and could do it the next day. Needless to say, I was thrilled. He came the next day and fixed my water heater. In addition, he noticed the US Army license plate on my brother's car so he give me a discount, my final bill was $138.00!!!  This man is my HERO!  I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Jay is a very personable professional. He makes sure the the job is done right and to code. He will advise you of any potential faults in your current plumbing and work with you to remedy them. Our job was extensive and kind of "spur-of-the-moment" which is usually how all plumbing jobs are. Jay took the time to fit us in and helped us get our situation remedied. One thing I would recommend is to get an estimate up front for any large jobs like ours. It will help you budget and prioritize if need be and Jay will gladly do that for you.

Jay was amazing. He came out on short notice over a weekend and explained the status of our water leak. His estimate was quick, and the repair was even faster. He also explained why the leak occurred, and things to watch out for in the future. A couple of weeks later, he came back out and replaced our water heater with the same high level of customer service.  I would wholeheartedly recommend Jay for any plumbing needs, and plan to call him in the future with any problems that we may encounter.

Jay and his team from Integrity Plumbing did an outstanding job replumbing my condo.  I live in an older high rise condo near downtown Orlando and it's difficult to find skilled plumbers who have the expertise or desire to work in a vertical building.  Jay listened to what I wanted done and he gave me a fair estimate.  My building is particularly difficult to work in when it comes to plumbing so as the project went forward issues would come up that were unexpected.  However, Jay and his team overcame the issues and they were able to stick to the time line.  Furthermore, Jay was able to recommend other professionals to assist with completion of the project(drywall and tile).  Jay was accessible by phone if he wasn't actually on site and he always returned my calls.  I won't lie, a major plumbing renovation is a very stressful and chaotic endeavor.  Jay and his team take some of the stress out of the process by their professionalism,experience,and skill.  I highly recommend Integrity Plumbing & Drain Services.

Our hot water heater was on its last legs and we wanted to replace it before it became a problem, we also had some valves and plumbing that were installed incorrectly by a previous plumber that we needed addressed. We hired Jay to come out and take care of both, his crew arrived on time, quickly and efficiently completed the work, and his quote was spot on.  Would definitely hire again, and I highly recommend him.  I've hired many contractors through flipping and remodeling a few homes, and Integrity Plumbing is one you can trust.

The provider was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to other customers who are interested in a good plumber who is reasonably priced and knows the business well.

The two men worked very hard and were very efficient.  At the same time, the owner explained what they were doing and answered any questions we had....very friendly and personable.  Was prepared with all the equipment needed and was very neat in appearance.  He always responded to phone calls right away.   We've had the new plumbing in and have not had any issues....everything works great!
