I am a local real estate agent and hired Innovative Plumbing Solutions (IPS) to repair a leaking toilet, and two leaking sinks. It was noted in the home inspection report that they were leaking. This was the second home inspection; the first inspection report did not note any of these leaks. Jorge Rodriguez from IPS went to make the repairs. He spent two hours checking every faucet, sink, bath tub, shower and plumbing figures and did not find any leaks. He did not charge me for the service call or his time. He also offered the new home owners free repairs if they found a leak. This was my third time using IPS for plumbing repairs and they have always been on time, reasonably priced, and honest.
