Millard is one of the most honest and upfront Repairman I?ve ever met. He corrected the problem with my dishwasher that the other company failed to do. His pricing is fair and he explains what was the situation in detail. He also gives great follow up to keep the Appliance Running smoothly. I highly recommend him and honestly would never use another Repairman other than Millard.

On time, professional and honest

Millard is the owner and he returned my call himself within 5 minutes and was able to schedule a visit the same day. He showed up on time and as he was diagnosing my problem, he explained what he was doing and what he was finding as he went along. After determining the problem was a fan motor, he quoted me a fair price and said had the replacement fan in his van and could complete the job at once. We agreed on the price and he replaced the fan motor. He kept the work place very clean. He educated me on the workings of my appliance as he performed the repairs. The repair solved my problem. A few hours after he left, I noticed some water on the floor in front of the refrigerator. I turned off the water supply and I called back and Milliard rescheduled a visit for the next day. On his second visit, he determined that by coincidence, an unrelated part had failed (old plastic fitting)�…�…He replaced the fitting and just to be safe, he replaced 5�’ of plastic tubing. �….when I pulled out my check book, he told me he wasn�’t going to charge me for the follow up viThat….that it was something he possibly should have noticed on the first visit. Every customer should not expect to get a free service call, but it just shows how fair this company can be. I would definitely use them again for appliance repair.

Mallard was wonderful - we called him for a problem with our washing machine - he found one problem and was going to fix it, but then found that the motor went. He could have charged us to fix it, but was honest and told us it wasn't worth it. I would defenitely hire Mallard for any future appliance problems!!

Millard was on time, was extremely knowledgeable about both my washer and refrigerator that needed repair. In fact, he was originally called to fix the washer but he agreed to also fix my fridge while he was here. He did a great job!
