 + -1 moreHe was there when he said he'd be, and stayed on the job until completed. Based on his work, I gave another job clearing underbrush and rough grading the lot that I own next door (3/4 acre) for $5000, and he'll be doing a few other odds and ends for me in the near future.
Description of Work: Supplied three dumptruck Loads of yard sand and moved to required locations and graded it with his bobcat of in preparation for new sod. Also supplied one dumptruck load of beach sand, moved to lakeside with his bobcat and added to my "beach" as well as to a low area that was getting washed away.
