It went well. Vivienne almost always answered her phone and if she didn't she called back in a reasonable time.  She is a very caring person. She does not just do her job for a paycheck but she is generally concerned for her customers. She always gives advice  and options that she would use.

Vivienne goes above and beyond for her clients. She is with them every step of the way by providing excellent customer service and her extensive real estate knowledge. She makes buying a home feel stress free by keeping us up-to-date on the processes and always keeping our best interest in mind. My sister passed in the early part of 2016 and Viv has seriously
become one of closest friends.  We make each other laugh and we just hit it off
over the phone.  We have never met in person, either.  My sister did
live in Wisconsin and that where I live, as well.  We write or talk to each other
every week.

The property is not always available to show because it is rental property in
a gated community.  She never gets frustrated and schedules showings
around bookings.  She bring in a perspective buyer on days when the home
has just been cleaned and waiting for its' next renters.

This property is rented 48 out of 52 weeks per year, so this make VIV  a patient person.

She made it work seamlessly. We were able to get our offer accepted, and we closed on our home.
