Paul of PJM is who you want to do your home inspection. Profession, personable and punctual. We had him do both our home inspection before closing and before our 1 yr warranty expired

PJM came highly recommended by two friends and we were very impressed by their professionalism, and efficiency. Communications pre- and post-inspection was on point. Paul discovered a huge leak from our 2nd floor shower (down to the kitchen) which the developer is now having to fix before our closing. It would've been somewhat disastrous (and very costly) if we only found out after the kitchen appliances were in. Paul was very thorough and took time after to explain his findings to us, and the developer's project manager. Very reasonably priced for the services provided.

Home Inspections by PJM arranged for the WDO inspection to take place at the same time which was beneficial to me as the property was over an hour from my home in Winter Garden.
