I hired Larry to perform my home inspection report for the purchase of my home. He was referred by a friend, and I thought I would try him out. I was amazed at how much time he spent checking every part of the home and he explained every step of what he was looking for. He was very professional, and on some of the areas that needed minor repairs, he told us how to fix it ourselves and save a lot of money. He was wonderful. I would recommend Larry to anyone for a quality inspection and at a good price.
