The experience with them went well. They had what we needed.

The agent that came out was very professional and answered all my questions. He was readily available by phone and answered my calls when I had additional ones.

The work itself was excellent and the crew cleaned up after themselves very well.

Very well...there were delays, but mostly because we wanted to get it right. The companiy contracted by Home Depot were professional and did very good work, th;at includes Eric and George with Creative Cabinets, who did the tear out and install. They brought in Henry Electric Company, Five Star Plumbing and the the painter (name slips me know but did and excellent job). The Design Consultant with Home Depot, Gary Baldwin was very helpful and patient with all our changes. Joe the expediter with Home Depot did a fine job. Oh and the Silstone countertops are great!

The Home Depot contractor, Lawrence Jones, was outstanding and the foreman and crew were amazing. I could not have been happier. I bought the best roof shingles and watched the entire process.

The workers worked so hard and so cheerfully for two 10-hour days; I could not believe how hard they worked; it was awful trying to get up the tile. They prepared the moisture barrier properly and it has been about a year since I had this work done and I am still so happy with the flooring and the installation was incomparable.

I would not recommend using them, the installation was okay. But as far as the clean up, it was very poor. The dryer needed to be pulled out to put the water heater in place. He left without putting the dryer back in place and left a mess. Home Depot states in their ad that they will take care of the clean up.

The estimate from Home Depot Installation Services was almost twice as much as the average of three other contractor's estimates.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, AND COURTEOUS. THEY CAME ON TIME ON THE DAY THEY ARRANGED WITH US. THEY CALLED AND VERIFIED. CONTACT WITH THEM WAS EASY. IT WAS FOCUSED ON WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. IT WAS SHORT AND SWEET.

I'VE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WAY THEY PRESENTED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HIRE SUBCONTRACTORS TO DO THE ROOF AND THAT THE PEOPLE THAT WERE GOING TO WORK ON MY ROOF WERE HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE NOT HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, AND THEY WORKED HARD ON IT. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE, AND IT WAS A GOOD DAY'S WORK. THEY GOT IT ALL DONE, AND THEY GOT IT DONE RIGHT.

Good experience. Good prices.

They came out at night. The man who did it was very nice and worked with me. He found a couple things and repaired them. I was happy it was taken care of.

I brought bathroom sinks, toilets and fixtures.

I WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND SPOKE WITH THE LADY AT THE GARDEN CENTER AND SHE ASSISTED ME IN DECIDING THE CORRECT MULCH. I PURCHASED THE MULCH AND SPREAD IT ALL OVER MY LANDSCAPING. I ALSO PURCHASED SOME PLANTS THAT SHE RECOMMENDED.

THE SELECTION OF CEILING FANS WAS THE BEST IN THE AREA. THE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE. THE ASSISTANCE OF THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE CONVINCED ME THAT I WAS MAKING THE RIGHT LIGHTING AND FAN CHOICES. HIS ADVICE GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE I NEEDED.

THEY WERE HONEST AND AVAILABLE WHENEVER I CALLED OR SPOKE TO THEM. THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND INSTALLED IN A TIMELY MANNER BY A VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW. THEY ARE COMPARABLE IN PRICING WITH OTHER NATIONAL HARDWARE SUPER STORES.

THEY HAD THE BEST SELECTION OF FLOORING WITHIN MY COLOR CHOICES AND PRICE RANGE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILLING TO LISTEN TO MY NEEDS. THEY GAVE ME ALL OF MY OPTIONS AND CHOICES.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING THE WERE WORKING VERY HARD ON THERE JOB AND THE JOB TOOK ALONG TIME TO FINISHED. THE JOB WAS MESSY BUT EXCITING TO SEE.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WELL WORTH IT. EVEN THOUGHT THE JOB WAS VERY MESSY THE HAD EVERY THING UNDER CONTROL. WHILE THEY WERE DOING THIS VERY HARD JOB THE MEN STILL HAD VERY NICE PERSONALITY'S.

TIME CONSUMING, A LOT OF DIRT AND CONSISTENT CLEANING. THEY WORK VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAST. THEY WORK VERY GOOD. THE MEN THAT WERE WORKING ON THE CABINETS WERE VERY NICE AND HAD AWESOME PERSONALITIES.
