The job was patching a hole in a plaster ceiling, so that is much more complex than patching a hole in a drywall wall. Our technician was Zach. He showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, performed the repair to my complete satisfaction, cleaned up afterwards, and did the job for the estimated cost. I would use them again and confidently recommend them to friends and strangers alike.

I was very impressed with the level of service that was performed by Charles and Karina who repaired our home water stained ceilings. Utmost care was taken to contain and minimize dust/dirt within our home during their repair work. They matched the ceiling texture and paint color very well, unnoticeable repair. We are very pleased with the overall process and end result. Great service, highly recommend them to anyone.

I was in need of drywall repair due to hurricane damage. Hole in the Wall was quick to provide an estimate based on photos and quickly scheduled the repair. Jaiden was absolutely wonderful, professional and personable. The texture was such a perfect match that it blended beautifully and painting wasn’t needed. We need work done at my new home and will definitely contact them for the job!!!

We had a pipe burst behind the wall in our guest room, right before visitors arrival. We called Hole in the wall, they were very accomodating. They were able send 2 guys out very quickley and they did an excellent job. My husband and I are very perfectionist, but we can not praise them enough, it was a seamless match. They did a wonderful job, they were on time, cleaned up after themselves, The office and the worker were very nice, and easy to work with. You can't ask for anything better.

Mike in the office was patient and worked with me while getting the pipe job inspected. Once the inspection was complete, Mike scheduled my job very quickly. Tyler was the technician assigned to my job and he was excellent! He called before he arrived to ensure it was OK if he arrived a little early. He arrived earlier than expected and completed the job in about 5 hours. The walls were smooth where the holes were and aside from not being painted in those areas, you could even tell there was a hole in the wall. Overall, Excellent job and competitive price. I would definitely hire this company agian for any future work!

Saw the Hole In The Wall truck on my street and called because we needed porch and interior ceiling repairs. I never do this, I always research first but I needed someone and they came by that very afternoon and gave me an estimate. I had a good feeling. Charles and Tursey came out and spent the whole day fixing multiple issues all around the house. These guys are GREAT! The repairs all blend perfectly with the existing knock-down patterns on the ceilings and porch. They also paint when they are done which made everything especially easy. They construct a "room" around each job using plastic sheeting and painters tape so that the entire work area is enclosed. When they are done they simply wrap up the plastic and the resulting area is perfectly clean. They also moved light furniture out and back into the work area. When they got done the repair was 100% great and it was like they were never even there. I highly recommend this company!

I found myself in trouble finding someone that was willing to come out to my home to fix a big crack on the drywall that developed on my 12ft ceiling from roof leaking. No other contractor wanted to take on the work, even one that had been prepaid through Angie's list. I'm thankful that I found Hole in the Wall on Angie's list. They are willing to take on any project and extremely helpful. Adam Combs was our technician and was awesome! He did an outstanding job fixing the damage no other drywall repair company wanted to take on and made the knockdown look like nothing ever happened. Extremely friendly, hard working and professional.

After numerous leaks over the years, including a recent leak in the chimney, it was time to have the disfigured ceiling addressed. Unlike what we had been told in the past, Hole in the Wall had no problem matching various textures, including the gross popcorn ceiling. On the first visit they sent the texture specialist who repaired the damaged areas, including fixing the popped seams as well as re-texturing areas that were poorly done in the past and did not match. The second visit had two painters come in. While I tried to stay out of their way it seemed like one was there for the insane amount of taping, masking, and covering that is done so nothing you don't want painted gets paint on it, while the other one does the painting. They tackled the high ceilings like pros and were both quite cordial on the occasions I needed to pop outside of my paint-free zone and into the plastic fortress of solitude they set up to contain the paint spray. A great company that I would absolutely choose to do business with again.

The provider seemed eager to start the job and began on time as scheduled.  When the provider advised that the work was complete, we expressed dissatisfaction with an area of the work.  The provider agreed to return to fix the problem and was paid in full.  The provider, however, never returned to resolve the issue.  In addition, the company the provider uses for drywall material sent us a lien notice threatening to require payment since they had not been paid by the provider irrespective of the fact that we had already paid the provider in full.  The lien issue was ultimately resolved when the provider paid the supplier.  I would not use the provider again and do recommend that any payment be made to the provider until you are completely satisfied with their work.
Response from Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair

"Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Good or bad, we use every review to improve our business. First off, we would like to apologize for the unprofessionalism our subcontractor-employee displayed. Because of various reasons, he is longer with the company. Your satisfaction is our primary goal, but unfortunately it seems we have fallen short. Because your job was so large and completed over six months ago, we are unable to recall specifics about your work. However, we are confident your job was completed as per the original scope. In regards to the lien notice, we'd like to clarify that at no point was there a lien on your home. Our suppliers sent you a letter of intent to file a lien, which only lets you know that if they don't receive payment, they are legally able to collect from you. This is standard practice in the construction industry and is out of our control. The law allows construction suppliers to do this as a way to protect themselves in case they fail to get paid.. Just to be clear, our supplier was paid on time and you were safe from issue. When you contacted us with your concern, we provided you with the proper paperwork stating you were clear on any liability. We are sorry for any confusion this caused. As our company grows, feedback like your is essential and we are continuing to learn how to provide the best possible product for our customers. If you decide to use Hole in the Wall again, we can guarantee you will have a more positive experience. Also, please note we just signed up for Angie's list and saw this review. Had we seen it when you first posted, we would have responded sooner and perhaps could have worked out a solution. Thank you for your feedback."
