"Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Good or bad, we use every review to improve our business. First off, we would like to apologize for the unprofessionalism our subcontractor-employee displayed. Because of various reasons, he is longer with the company. Your satisfaction is our primary goal, but unfortunately it seems we have fallen short. Because your job was so large and completed over six months ago, we are unable to recall specifics about your work. However, we are confident your job was completed as per the original scope. In regards to the lien notice, we'd like to clarify that at no point was there a lien on your home. Our suppliers sent you a letter of intent to file a lien, which only lets you know that if they don't receive payment, they are legally able to collect from you. This is standard practice in the construction industry and is out of our control. The law allows construction suppliers to do this as a way to protect themselves in case they fail to get paid.. Just to be clear, our supplier was paid on time and you were safe from issue. When you contacted us with your concern, we provided you with the proper paperwork stating you were clear on any liability. We are sorry for any confusion this caused. As our company grows, feedback like your is essential and we are continuing to learn how to provide the best possible product for our customers. If you decide to use Hole in the Wall again, we can guarantee you will have a more positive experience. Also, please note we just signed up for Angie's list and saw this review. Had we seen it when you first posted, we would have responded sooner and perhaps could have worked out a solution. Thank you for your feedback."
