Bottom line up front: Holden Handyman delivered exceptional quality at a great price. Rudolf was exceedingly honest, punctual and kind to me and my family. He was as dedicated to a successful outcome as we were and went above and beyond for us on several occasions. Rudolf is an artisan and a gentleman in the classical sense of both terms. I cannot recommend Holden Handyman highly enough. As my daughter said, "Rudolf is a 10/10" Details: We engaged Holden Handyman Inc to completely gut renovate the two bathrooms in our home in Williamsburg/ Orlando FL. Rudolf set us at ease from our first conversation. We weren't exactly sure of the layout and design but he walked with us and talked us through both spaces as we crafted a shared picture of what we wanted. He set and met expectations from the beginning; about process, price, start and end times and outcomes. We had many glitches (mostly supply chain delays and mistakes by Home Depot) but Rudolf was patient and calmly worked through them. He communicated clearly and continually throughout and -last but certainly not least- he delivered an EXCEPTIONAL product. We are absolutely thrilled with our showroom quality bathrooms. The final product exceeded our every expectation and Rudolf has worked on the back end to make sure everything is perfect for us I am a mechanical engineer and have personally managed or participated in hundreds of construction/ contractor engagements over my 40 year career. This (relatively) small project stands head and shoulders above every one of them. If you have bathrooms that need to be renovated you will not find a better company than Holden Handyman Inc to do it.

I hired Rudolph at Holden Handymen to replace old tile and linoleum with new tile in the kitchen, laundry room, foyer and two bathrooms. In the master bath, Rudolph tore out the old tile, installed new tile and decorative tile exactly as I wanted, and new shower and bath hardware. He also replaced all bathroom sink faucets and the kitchen sink and faucet. In addition he removed the old shorter baseboards and replaced them with more modern taller baseboards. I can truthfully say he does fantastic work. The tile along with all the other work is perfect!!! Rudolph is meticulous, very detail oriented, and very honest in his interactions with me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering remodeling.

Rudolf was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, polite, clean, and did excellent work. It's so rare to find providers with integrity nowadays. We highly recommend him.

Hired Rudolf to remodel the bathroom in our older home. The job they did was very satisfactory. When issues arose such as rotted wood under floor they professionally repaired it without hesitation or changing the quote. They were here on time every day and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time while paying attention to every detail. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make us happy and happy we are. Looking forward to getting more work done in the near future.

Rudolf, the owner of Holden Handyman, came out and gave us a fair estimate. Most importantly he understood what we wanted and made great suggestions. One month later, we have two spectacular bathrooms that tick off every item on the wish list! The tile work is precise and beautifully done. He kept the work area clean and did everything he promised to do. He was prompt, hard-working and I would recommend Holden Handyman to anyone who needs a bathroom upgrade, re-do, or refresher.

Rudolf and his assistant Allie were wonderful to work with and they had great remodeling advise. Theses two gentlemen are extremely hard workers and Rudolf's tile work is exceptional. The master bath remodel is gorgeous and I will not hesitate to hire them again when it's time to remodel the guest bath.

Rudolph and his assistant Ari came every weekday at the same time and worked smoothly and efficiently to completely change my bathroom. The cost mentioned was the approximate cost of labor for the bath. I found them extremely trustworthy. In fact, I gave them a key to my house so they could work on the bath while I was out of the country on holiday. They concentrated on my bath so it was finished in a timely manner in spite of the unforeseen problems that always arise when remodeling a house as old as mine. 

I now love that bathroom and highly recommend Holden handymen for any bathroom remodel.

Went well. Price was for labor only. We didn't really know the cost of the "miscellaneous" which was somewhat surprising but was transparent.

My bathroom looks great. Rudolf and Ari arrived early everyday from demo to completion. They put together our design and installed our new tub, toilet, vanity, mirror and large cabinet with all our accessories, floor and wall tiles, plumbing, some electrical and were very meticulous. There were a few hiccups but nothing he did not resolve with much patience. His cost is labor and hardware materials which he billed at the end. Definitely would hire him again.

Holden did a great job. The entire bathroom looks great. There were a few small issues that they resolved without question. Almost everything is spot on. We have a few hiccups as any remodel project goes but they adjusted well. We had them inlay a custom cut on the shower wall and it's pretty good. A little off but not bad. During the consultation for our shower glass, the sales rep measured and was shocked to find that our shower wall and step was a perfect 90 degrees. He said most homes are wrong but ours was perfect (saved us some money on custom glass). They arrived each day by 9:30 and worked most of the day until 3:30pm. The project took around 2.5 weeks to complete. They arranged for someone to haul away all the debris ($125 I think). We provided all tile, ledger boards, vanity, mirror, lights, faucets, and some materials (reg guard). They billed for materials and labor.

My earlier review was when my project was at the midway point so this is after the entire job has been completed. 

I now have a renovated bathroom that is updated and good looking!  No more 80s!!  My bathroom looks like a fancy resort and I have gotten so many compliments on the tile work.  Rudolf and Ali gave great attention to detail to make sure all the final touches of my new bathroom were in good order. They carefully installed all my chrome hardware, including towel ring/bars, cabinet handles, mirror, wall sconces, etc. We had a delay with my vanity arriving (due to manufacturer issues) which then delayed the counter top but each step along the way, they returned and cheerfully finished what was needed. I appreciated their teamwork and desire to ensure I was a happy.  Excellent experience.

We are only midway through the project and I just HAD to post something because I'm THRILLED with Rudolf & Ali's work.  I spoke with 3 other companies for my project but decided on Holden Handymen because of owner Rudolf's price, professionalism, easy-going personality and all the portfolio photos on Facebook and excellent reviews on Angie's list.  I was putting a lot of faith into the reviewers' comments and am SO pleased with my own experience so far. 
Rudolf & Ali are a well-oiled team. They come on-time, are extremely friendly and patient, and have great attention to detail. Yes, German precision as they advertise.  They are CLEAN and TIDY!  They sweep up at the end of the day.  They are respectful and trustworthy.  You will not go wrong using them for your project.  I will post a continuation of my review when my bathroom is completed. 

Very high quality and beautiful work by the Holden Handymen- Rudolf and his partner Ali.  They can basically do anything you would want in a bathroom and these guys are fast!  I have told all my friends and family about the great job he did in our bathroom and will be sure to use him on future projects.

There were a lot of little things that I asked him to do as we went along and he was very accommodating.
I felt comfortable leaving him a house key to let himself in and lock up when he left.
I wish I had been there to see how he got the tub in the tight spot he had to work with.

Rudolf and his helper Ali were punctual, professional and very detail oriented.   The arrived each day on time and went right to work.  They made sure as they progressed that we were happy with the installation and kept us involved through the entire process.  They cleaned up each day after they were finished.   Rudolf had some suggestions that we had not thought about and was very well versed in what we wanted done.  He was fine with the fact that we wanted to purchase the materials ourselves and took the time to go over our list of materials to make sure we purchased everything we needed.   He was more than happy to answer our questions during the renovation and both he and his helper had great personalities.   Rudolf estimated the total remodel time frame would be 2 weeks yet they were actually finished in 6 days. The estimate for labor was right on and very fair. 
My husband and I are very pleased with the remodel.   If I ever remodel another bathroom I would not have anyone other than Holden Handymen do the renovation.   I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to see excellent craftsmanship.   Rudolf takes great pride in his work and you just don't find this type of  fine craftsmanship these days.

Rudolf was professional, prompt, and flexible. He exceeded expectations and always followed through. I will do future business with him.

It went very well. They came in and started to work immediately. They were done early afternoon everyday which was great since I am stay at home mom with two little kids. We left the house in the morning and when we came back they were gone for the day. They always cleaned after themselves. Bathroom was done in timely matter ready for holidays! Everything was done to perfection. We couldn't ask for better person to remodel our bathroom.
