The visit went very well. Mike was very professional, upfront, informative, and friendly. I felt comfortable and felt like he was knowledgeable in a vast array of home maintenance: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, insulation, appliances, etc. Mike explained every detail in terms I could understand and conveyed why some details may be important. I actually learned a lot about the construction of the house I was buying and how to care for it in the future. His inspection report was very thorough with photos, infrared images, and information about how my house was built as well as a wind mitigation report that saved me $$ on my homeowners insurance.
