We had been living in the townhome for three years without ever cleaning the carpet, The entire second floor - that includes master bedroom, and two other bedrooms - and stairs are carpeted. They provided the service and the carpet was left spotless! It dried super quick and left the entire house smelling fresh. Helpro came to clean the carpets and tile floor in my house. I was very please with the work they performed, it was outstanding. The personnel were very professional and kind. My carpet was like new and also the floor look very shining.

I first found them online and gave them a call to get a quote. They answered right away, and were able to give me a quote. They gave my a range of 2 hours where they would come and they arrived within that time ( something that is not the norm in this industry).  When they came in, they confirmed the services I originally asked for and then asked if I wanted to add any of the other services they offered. There were two guys that came, one was talking to me as the other one was setting up the equipment. Once we confirmed the services, I paid via card and got a copy of my receipt. After that, they began to clean and it took around 40 minutes. Once they were finished they explained the drying process to me and answered any questions I had.  Based on past experiences, the professionalism and value of Helpro is unmatched. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

The technicians from Helpro were very professionals, and very polite with my husband and me.  They took the time to very carefully placing the hoses in the right way to do the job without any inconvenience. When they finish the carpet looked much more cleanly and the grout of the tile floor was unbelievably clean; my house was spotless and with a clean smell. 
The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. I will use Helpro at least twice a year for a deep clean, and I will encourage any family to do the same. Well-done Helpro!
