+ -1 moreHD floors installed a laminate floor with a 1 year warranty in January, our house was put up for sale September 4th. During the inspection it was notes that one place had a low spot. We notified HD flooring concerning this problem. AS this is covered by the warranty we contacted HD flooring on September 10th and asked if they would come out and take care of this problem, we also informed them that this repair was time sensitive. For 3 weeks we were givin a run around to the point that because of the closing date we were forced to hire a contractor to repair the floor. During the repair the contractor noticed that HD had come out and said they had repaired this spot, instead of doing the repair, the spot correctly with apoxy and releveling, they put some felt padding under the spot and put the floor back to together saying the floor was repaired. Their non response and failure to honor the warranty is totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
