GUTTER KING

I had a property with gutters that were failing. I contacted Gutter King to replace them with new gutters to take care of the problem. They came out, replaced the gutters, only to find out that the new gutters were no better than the previous ones. I contacted them about the problem, and they came out a made some minor changes. But that didn't work either. Now they just blow me off whenever I call them again. So what did I spend all that money for if the new gutters don't do any better than the old ones? Don't anyone ever use these guys. They won't leave you "high & dry". They'll leave you all wet!!!

Can’t recommend TruTeam / Gutter King. They installed my gutters in 2015 and two years later they started to sag. After that I started requesting the repair to no avail. Now four years later they want $450 trip charge to make the correction. Beyond a year they really don’t stand by their product. That’s for sure. Seeing as I’m out of warranty I was even willing to meet them halfway. Nope. No regard for customer service at all. Steer clear of them.

Very responsive. Installer finished quickly. Months after the job I was in the roof and noticed there was water in the gutter on almost the entire back portion of gutter. About 25 feet worth of gutter had standing water. My Facia is angled and that's when I noticed they did not use wedges to correct the porch and allow the water to drain. I contacted GK and they responded quickly and sent a tech to my house. He said he did not have the wedges in his truck and would be back the next day. No one has been back and they will not return my calls or emails. Total fail on customer service. I even messaged them on Angie's list and told them I was going to give a review on their terrible customer service. Now I have to hire another company to correct the pitch so they will drain.

Workmanship is good. Customer service is great. Suggest planning ahead for the project or service because it took more than 3 weeks for them to come and do the installation.

Customer service - or response to my numerous calls over a 35 day period was a FAILURE. To make matters worse, 3 days after I paid for the repair (PLUS a $20 TIP for a job that totaled $125.00) Angela (from the office staff) called and left a VM with a message "when can we expect payment for the repair work". I could not believe the total incompetence. I called back (and as usual I got voice mail) and left a terse message indicating I paid and that they needed to get their act together. Angela called me back and said she didn't appreciate my tone, when I replied "Are you Kidding me? - Angela hung up on me. PLEASE BEWARE Gutter King has the ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service and response time, I would urge you to take your business elsewhere. Caveat Emptor.

The estimate was close to the others I shopped around. Not great at communicating the schedule (I had to call 3 times to confirm an install date and time) but showed up exactly when they told me they would. once they got here one guy went on the roof and one stayed by the truck cutting the materials. After about 10 minutes, a gust of wind (I assume) blew the materials off the roof and right though our screen patio. I would think that securing the materials would be routine but I guess everyone makes a mistake. so they finished the job and I told them I would not sign or pay until my patio was fixed. I thought someone was going to contract me quickly about remedying the situation but I had to call them after about 2 hours. Once I spoke to the service manager (Ryan Tone) and sorted out the details, they had a reputable screen vendor come out and replace the screens that were torn. They then sent me the invoice and we paid it. I thought that they should have taken some money off of the bill for the inconvenience - we had friends in over the weekend and it looked horrible - but they didn't and I didn't think I should have had to ask for it. The work was very well done, the service recovery was well handled and timely but I thought there could have been more consideration for the incident. Ryan was the best part of the whole experience though. Bravo for a seamless service recovery getting the screen fixed. That is why I selected that I would hire them again, I would just ask for Ryan directly next time.

They were prompt and they did the job.

I've used them several times before and that's the reason why I keep calling them back. 

Salesman on time and professional. Service person who does the actual work also on time and professional. Professional group.

Excellent, Ryan (supervisor) and service tech came to my home and provided the most professional service I could have expected. They were professional, pleasant and made sure that leaks and clogs were addressed. Their follow-up after the service was exemplary.

After reading the reviews here and getting quotes from others I picked Gutter King.  I wish I could only say that the glowing reviews here were on target, but alas my experience was less than glowing.
The two people who came out made all sorts of excuses why things were being done the way they were.  I expressed concern with the way the gutter was mounted - since it was crooked. I asked why the downspouts were a foot off the ground - I was told this is to aid in cutting the grass, but the location is on a pathway with gravel on it.  "I was the first client of the day" was the next excuse when they said they failed to get gas for the blower to clean up all the debris left behind.  And on top of all of that they filled my trash can with the old leaf guard.
Calls to the office to resolve most of the issues were handled quickly, but still lack on professionalism and still didn't resolve everything fully.
If I had it to do over again I would have picked a competitor.

Lenny was very professional and did high quality work. The price was reasonable. We highly recommend Gutter King.
