Terrible customer relations. Tried to sell me a new system days after my annual inspection showed system running perfectly. Went to the office spoke with someone who would listen to my issue and then informed if I went into the office again he would call the police to charge me with trespassing. Liars and thieves.

Had leak of refrigerant on my ac unit. Called this company. Service technician Patrick was late and did not call in advance as we agreed. Charged $89 just for visual inspection and started giving me estimates which I have never heard of. Additionally to this $89 he said that he need to add refrigerant ( to find a leak) to my 17 lb unit he say that it will cost $99 for first 1 lb and then every additional lb cost $45 ( 17 total since it’s empty ) so 16 lb ($720) more so refrigerant total $820 , plus find leak $202 and plus repair and labour. Just before start fixing problem he estimated $1,121. So If have to tell him that no way that is the price. He mention that company have so much clients and that what price what it is. This company don’t give any information about price so u find after that charge u $89. SOUNDS LIKE TOTAL SCAM just to take advantage of that $89 service call. I write this so people be aware and think in what trap they getting into before call.

My old system was dying, it was leaking Freon and too old to repair economically. I had Greens come out an quote me a new system, they quoted 4 options and I picked the one I liked. Their prices are competitive, considering the reputation and longevity of their company in this area. The team arrived at 9am and set right to work, it was a 2 man crew most of the day, but a third man was present at the beginning and end to take care of the more technical parts of setting up the air handler and thermostat. The install included, removing the old slab and putting in a new hurricane approved slab, running new lines and a new drain through the chase, rebuilding the duct board air box, installing an additional outflow duct in the attic, installing an additional return vent into the unit, installing a new thermostat, setting up and checking out the system and of course cleanup. At every step it went smoothly, the system is running sweetly as I type this. They started at 9am and were done by 4pm, beating their high side estimate of 5pm.

Construction went fine and on time. Site manager kept us informed. Installers seemed knowledgeable, and clean up was good

They have trained people that understand air conditioners. They are pros, the years of service, their trained staff has years of service.

He said the part we bought was no good, so we had to order another one. He then quoted $800 for a new motor. My husband tested it, and the motor was not bad. When the new transformer came in, everything worked fine. They still tried to bill us for the extra work that was not done. They said they would take care of it, but we have not gotten any confirmation that the bill has been cleared.

They hauled the old ones away. It took about 2 days to install both units.

It didn't take them long to put it in. The problem is, apparently, they don't keep these things in stock. They came out, determined what was wrong and said they'd be back in about an hour. They went to wherever they had to go to get the part. Then came out and put it in. I asked them why they don't throw those things out and get a more reliable motor. (This was my 3rd one in almost 10 years). It's only 8 inches across and 10 inches long. It don't weigh much. They said the company insists if we do this under warranty, we must use their parts. It only took about 30 minutes to change the motor.

I have no complaints about Green at all. They are very accommodating. I have a contract with them. I have a 10 year warranty on the system. They are Johnny on the spot. Within the time they said it would be done, it was done. They are a really good bunch of people. My first impression of them was they do really good quality work. They replace filters every time they come out. We supply the filters. They flush the lines out with vinegar to keep the mold out. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half to complete the check up service. They clean up after themselves.

Great professional service and the representative was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't mind me asking questions about the unit, servicing and other pertinent information that would assist me to get the most longevity from my system. Pricing is always a major concern for me but Green's has proven to be the most competitive and yet reasonable on the pricing tier for servicing and products. So far, I have been extremely satisfied. Greens does very well for me. They are average with price. They are a little bit more than other companies, but their quality of service is better. You pay for what you get for. I used another provider that went out of business, they were a lot cheaper. Considerably cheaper. The end results is they went out of business, because their service was so bad. They come out immediately whenever I call them. They are right on time. They are a professional outlet. That is why I am willing to pay the extra compare to the others. They are excellent. They answer all my questions. Any issues at all, they come out for minor issues. They are courteous and respectful. I have been using them for sixteen years now. With the exception of course, my install of my air conditioner. I had another company install it. The install was thirty percent cheaper. You are talking about even or eight thousand dollars, that adds up. That one particular job, I brought them in.

Definitely would use them again. I have used them for years.

They have always been helpful and their service person seemed to know what to do. What do I think they should change? Nothing about the service, their sales people aren’t as prompt as the service guys. The workers have always been great.

It went great. They're a great company. They're friendly and honest, I've used them years before as well. They just know what they are doing.
