The first time Mr. Ifrain Lima shows up is the end of October. At that time he installs of the fans and leaves. A week later, after much calling and prodding, he returns and runs some cable for the inside wall outlets and installs thier boxes. He also runs the cable for for the two outside outlets. Between the two of us, we install the outside light box and the switch boxes. He leaves again. He does not return till Nov 18th. He returns with his nephew and another worker to run the underground conduits and the outside conduits for the security lights. While I was inside, he leaves and leaves his crew to finish the job. He also does not bother to tell me he was leaving. Without my knowledge, he had called for an electrical inspection for the following day. The work performed by the nephew and older gentlemen he left there was poor to say the least. One of the fans he installed was damaged and now will require replacement. On November 19th the electrical inspection didn't pass. His crew had done the work incorrectly and had not finished the job. He also failed to call for an underground inspection so I ended up having to dig and uncovering all the underground conduits for the inspectors. After this he refused to answer any of my calls, text msseges or e-mails I sent him. On November 26th I fired him, change the permits and hired a new electrical contractor (RE Electrical Contractor). All the remaining work was completed on November 28th. The electrical inspection is scheduled on Dec 3rd. The electrical inspection pass and was signed off.The Limas have several business entities, including: Cni Electrical, Cni Renovations Cni Solutions, Greenleaf Contracting,LLC Interior Solutions of Florida,INC. Update 2/21/2013:On this date I have reached an agreement with the above named individuals thru medeation.
