Gracicarl's Services Inc. DBA GS Construction since 1999 is duly licensed and insured in Florida State, and it is YOUR ONE STOP COMPANY. Our Certified General Contactor (CGC 1509086) license of the State of Florida allows us to perform any residential and commercial construction job such as roof, water remediation, home improvement, and remodeling, and build homes from ground among others We acquired strong experience working in Emergency and Reconstruction Services projects in the aftermath of hurricanes Charlie, Michael, Ian, and Nicole in Florida State. We helped our customers with pricing and understanding insurance matters through the project completion. Our estimators use the same software as insurance companies to estimate and quote the project, this allows us to use a fair price for our clients that fits their budget. We do not work with manufactured homes. This is a specialty, and construction companies specialize in this type of structure that could help you better.

GS Construction was great!, despite some bumps in the road due to weather, the project came out beautiful, Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable and now I won't have to worry about another storm for a long time!

This business came very highly recommended by a friend. Now I can very highly recommend them myself! After my house flooded Mr. Carlos came in and truly rescued me from a horrible situation. Everything from floor to ceiling had to be repaired, replaced and renovated. This company did everything. Outstanding performance, communication, customer service, all around expertise. Kitchen Remodel
We remodeled the old 50â s kitchen and included what was a 60â s darkly wood-paneled room with a fireplace all in the same room. We still are awestruck when we look at the wonderful space created by Carlos of GS Construction. He amassed a troop of skilled workers, all of whom took pride in their workmanship. Being former career educators, we were thrilled to see them trying to perfect their own work to bring up to todayâ s codes within the confines of 50â s/60â s building codes; and, may we add, all with good humor and responsiveness. We had input and any changes were communicated. On a more personal note, this has been my home most of my life and change came hard, but looking at it now, my wife and I love the timely change and all the storage and prep areas. Watching football in this room will fabulous. Weâ ve waited most of our lives for a room like this. Thanks, GS Construction.

Graci and Carlos are very knowledgeable in all aspects of disaster recovery. I hired them to fix my home after Hurricane Michael and was very impressed with their level of knowledge and work ethics. From initial roof tarping, to water and mold remediation, all the way through to the final inspection, Mrs. Graci and Mr. Carlos took care of everything and I will highly recommend them for any and all aspects of home construction or disaster recovery. They took care of me, my family, and my home and I will definitely call on them again if I ever need Gracicarls services again.

GS construction services was excellent! I bought a fixer upper and they expanded the house , changed the facade entirely and brought the house from looking like a 1980s relic to a beautiful 2021 home! . All the bathrooms were redone (4) , the whole first floor was made into an open concept , floors were leveled and changed into hardwood flooring , a master suite was created with a large luxury bathroom and closet and the stairs were redone . They added modern touches while keeping some of the original charm of the house . The entire kitchen was moved and expanded to a more functional space . Overall this was a huge project and they delivered a tremendous result ! Attention to detail was excellent , overall I couldnâ t ask for a better contractor !

After Hurricane Michael came through and destroyed my house, I had no idea what to do because I have never been through a catastrophic event such as this, I contacted Gracicarls Services for help, after meeting Carlos and Graci for the first time, I immediately hired them on the spot because of their professional knowledge and expertise. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them from that point. Bathroom Remodel
Carlos and other people with Gracicarl's Services did an entire gut-out of our bathroom, rebuilding it from the studs out. Carlos was incredibly quick, efficient, and polite, and whenever he had an issue he let us know what it was -- and then went ahead and fixed it. The quote came in at pretty much what he told us it would be. We highly recommend him for any large home remodeling work.

GS services was great!. They were professional and timely. I contracted them for remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms as well as redo the floors and interior painting and their quality of work was superb, Carlos is a perfectionist and truly makes sure that everything is done to the highest standard. Perfectionist and skilled tradesman. He tiled a front sidewalk which had a strange angled bend which on I was prepared to accept a miss matched meeting of the tiles. I don't know how he did it but somehow , in two steps, he meshed the meeting perfectly. I truly feel myself fortunate having rune into him!
