This company installed window film on my home and it has deteriorated over time. I purchased a lifetime warranty but the company refuses to respond to our repeated calls. Now we have to involve a third party to get this resolved.

Ben and his company are terrific! His staffer Michelle scheduled the appointment and I worked with Ben himself on the quote and job details. He was friendly, worked with me on the pricing, and came highly recommended. We needed to reschedule once and he worked with me easily on that. Day of he was right on time, came professionally dressed, and got along well with my dog. He brought in his equipment quickly and quietly, moved the furniture, and even fixed some window film on an unrelated window. He worked quickly but thoroughly and was immaculate. In fact, you would never have known he was here except for the cooler rooms! The film looks exactly like I wanted it to, he gave me details on how to clean it, and it has a lifetime warranty. Not only would I consider him first for any future jobs in my home, I heartily recommend him and his business. He's extremely personable and professional and his prices can't be beat (I got 3 other bids)!!!

Arrived on the appointed day with all the required materials and tools. Each of the 11 windows was thoroughly cleaned and the film was applied. The work was very professionally done and took approximately 4 hours. There were no bubbles or other imperfections visible. The clean up of trash and excess materials was complete. After the installer left I was emailed the Federal Tax Credit form so that I could claim the tax credit at the end of the year. I did not qualify for the power company rebate since I did not have all the windows on 3 sides of the house tinted. Standing in front of a tinted window in direct sun, there is a noticeable and obvious difference.
