Glass Doctor - DID NOT DELIVER Bob came out to provide a bid/estimate for replacement of a windowpane. As part of that visit, I showed him a window that had broken spring clips and would no open correctly. Bob said, OH, NO PROBLEM, We will fix that when we come out with the new glass. I will put it in the notes that we will fix this. I accept this as part of the estimate and agree with a down payment to get the work done through Glass Doctor. They come out to replace the glass (Bob is there) and he apologizes - oh, we can not get the part to fix your other window. Do not worry, when the part comes in, we will get back to you. Wait a couple months - make the call. And mam, we are sorry, that was not what you paid for and we do not have the part...blah blah blah Let me talk to Bob. She calls Bob and calls back. Bob remembered saying he would fix the other window BUT, Glass Doctor is NOT WILLING to do the work...oh, we do not usually do window and repairs like that. They got me to give them the work with a lie and now they have my money and I have ... glass replaced in one window and LIES and NOTHING for my front window. LIE. SCAM. Yep, my fault for not having Bob write it into my original contract - but he VERBALLY told me and the desk person that he agreed. COME ON GLASS DOCTOR - LIVE UP TO YOUR COMMITMENTS.
