It went well.  The electrician was very friendly and professional.  He listened to my primary issue and secondary concerns.  He advised that the primary issue would be an easy fix for him but that my secondary concerns (adding an outlet to the kitchen and lighting fixture) could be done but that due to the locations that I wanted may leave a less than desirable aesthetic.  He explained the logic behind his thought and I could easily understand and agree with his assessment.  Ultimately he was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

The technician was on time and professional. Would use again.

Gemco arrived approximately 10 minutes early the first day. Originally, we were told we would be without power approx. 5-6 hours while they upgraded the service panel. They finished in just under 4 hours, with electrical service restored and the panel was labeled. The hall wall, where they installed the larger panel box, needed absolutely no repairs when they were done.

The second day, they arrived approximately 15 minutes early. They installed a new meter box / disconnect panel and replaced the wiring between the meter and the power supply. This was completed in less than 2 hours, about 1 hour ahead of schedule.

During the entire operation, everyone was very courteous, polite and quite friendly. On both occasions, they did an exceptional job on cleaning up after themselves.

I would highly recommend Scott (Gemco) to anyone needing any type of electrical work. THEY WERE GREAT!!!

Great company and electricians. They called right away to schedule the appointment and the electrician was exactly on time (10 minutes early and he waited his truck). Make sure you have your parts available because they don't carry many residential parts on their trucks, but they gave a fair price and were professional. The quality was also good.

The two gentlemen showed up on time, and they were very professional and courteous. They were careful, and did the job in about an hour and a half. They cleaned up almost all the dust before they left (they missed one spot).

Shows up on time and does everything meticulously, and cleans up! As hard of a time as I have had finding somebody like this, Scott is great!
